Dana Singleterry

Dana Singleterry is a Principal Product Manager in the Oracle Development Tools group, specializing in Oracle Cloud PaaS, JDeveloper, ADF, ADF Faces, ADF Mobile, Maven Integration, Lifecycle Support and Web Services. He has been working at Oracle since 2004, initially in Java EE Consulting, as a Product Manager in the Application Server group and currently as a Product Manager in the Development Tools group. Dana has published in trade journals, is the author of many Oracle How-Tos and actively contributes to the development of JDeveloper and ADF. Dana is a frequent presenter at user groups and industry conferences both nationally and internationally, including various Oracle user groups and Oracle OpenWorld / Oracle Develop, Oracle CloudWorld.

Gustavo Gonzalez

Gustavo began working with Oracle in the late 1990’s as a Business Systems Analyst for Nike Argentina when he helped the company rollout Oracle Financials 10.7. He worked as a Senior Systems Engineer for Nike USA’s Global IT/IS group, where supported the BI tools that Nike’s America’s Sales division depended upon. During this time, Gustavo also took on lead roles in Oracle implementations in Brazil and South Africa. In 2003 Gustavo returned to Argentina, working as a Sr. Consultant for Oracle Argentina delivering Order to Cash solutions to a diverse range of clients encompassing everything from Oil and Gas companies to cable TV providers. He worked as Danone Argentina’s ERP Project Manager where he managed a number of Oracle ERP initiatives covering the company’s Shared Service Center operations in both Argentina and Uruguay. Since 2006 Gustavo has served as IT Convergence’s Global IT Director. In that capacity he has serviced the company’s global shared services center located in Buenos Argentina. IT Convergence has implemented Oracle HRMS, Oracle Telesales, Oracle Service, Noetix, and OBIEE globally. In 2008 Gustavo also led IT Convergence’s upgrade Oracle R12, making ITC one of the first companies in Latin America to use R12. In 2012, Gustavo was named as CTO, and started to lead two major initiatives at IT Convergence. As a program manager of the Oracle R12.2 beta program, was the first company worldwide joining the efforts with Oracle Development to test an upgrade of Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12.2. As Program Manager of the Fusion Applications implementation for Human Capital Management and Financials, positioned IT Convergence as the first company in Latin America on this business software. Co-Founder and Board Member of Argentina Oracle User Group (AROUG) and LatinOAUG. Member of the Oracle E-Business Suite Customer Advisory Board since 2012. Gustavo is co-author of the book “Oracle E-Business Suite Financials Handbook, Third Edition” published by McGraw-Hill and Oracle Press in December 2012.

Raj Mattamal

Raj Mattamal is co-president of Niantic Systems, LLC (NianticSystems.com).�He started developing web applications at Oracle in 1995 with the very same people who came to create Oracle Application Express (APEX). In his more than 10 years with the company, he helped customers in a wide range of industries to deliver web-based solutions on the Oracle Database. In addition to helping customers with their applications, Raj developed numerous web applications for use internally at Oracle. Outside of database application development, Raj spent much remaining time with Oracle evangelizing Oracle Application Express. This entailed teaching Oracle software development and APEX classes globally, writing articles for Oracle Magazine, writing Technotes for the Oracle Technology Network, and assisting with the development of training material and workshops.

Raul Goycoolea

Raul has an Engineering Degree on Cybernetics by Universidad la Salle and with specialization studies on Data Center Management and Sales by the Iberoamerica University in Mexico City. Also has Project Management degree from Berkeley and Artificial Intelligence and Computing Architecture form Massachusetts Institute of Technology. On his career has been oriented to the design of computer architectures, distributed computing and to security and management platforms. Today as Solution Architect Manager in Oracle Corporation, has the responsibility of the design and implementation of complex solutions and architectures for large Telecommunications companies around the Latin America Region. Before he has been on Companies like Microsoft and Computer Associates where he also focus to understand business requirements and translates them to technology in order to support the largest companies in Latin America. Raul has been an active promoter of Gamification initiatives inside Oracle. With the creation of Oracle Square, an active gamification platform that engages the Latin America Presales team in high collaborative, competitive and analytical system. Now as a test platform in Latin America, and in the process to be deployed worldwide inside Oracle. ;

Rolando Carrasco

Rolando Carrasco es un Oracle ACE basado en México. Es co-fundador de S&P Solutions que es una compañía mexicana enfocada al despliegue de soluciones con Oracle Fusion Middleware.
Rolando está certificado en tecnologías de SOA, BPM y Weblogic de Oracle.
Ha trabajando con Tecnología Oracle durante mas de 10 años. Trabajó para Oracle alrededor de 9 años, como Principal Product Manager para Latinoamérica. Ha trabajado con las tecnologías de SOA y BPM de Oracle, desde que éstas iniciaron, desde sus primeras versiones.
Es uno de los creadores del blog de OracleRadio (oracleradio.blogspot.com) y constantemente participa en eventos como speaker de temas de SOA, BPM y últimamente de Cloud Computing.

René Antúnez

René Antúnez es un DBA y blogero habitual con más de 7 años de experiencia, trabajado para empresas en los primeros 5 lugares del Fortune 500 , especializado en soluciones de desastre y recuperación , así como soluciones de alta disponibilidad RAC & Data Guard. Actualmente labora para “The Pythian Group” y de igual manera, es un conferencista en eventos locales, así como IOUG Collaborate y Oracle Open World.

 

Marcos Ricardo Schejtman Rubio

Ingeniero en Sistemas Computacionales egresado de la ESCOM-IPN. Se ha dedicado a la seguridad informática desde hace 6 años, y a sistemas reactivos desde hace 4. Ha trabajado para partners de RedHat y Oracle, como administrador de redes y consultor en seguridad y gestión de identidades. Actualmente es CEO de Nekasys dedicada a la consultoría en seguridad informática, RBAC, gestión de identidades, sistemas a la medida y software libre. Ha participado en BugCon dando conferencias y talleres desde el 2009, en FreeSecurity desde su primer versión y recientemente en GuadalajaraCon, y CSI Colombia 2013.

Arturo Viveros

Arturo Viveros es Ingeniero en Sistemas egresado de la UVM y actualmente labora en la empresa S&P Solutions como Arquitecto Senior TI. Con una trayectoria de casi 10 años, Arturo se especializa actualmente en el diseño de Arquitecturas Orientadas a Servicios, y cuenta con diversas certificaciones en tecnología Java, SOA y Cloud.

Joel Perez

Joel is an Expert DBA with over 12 years of experience specialized in several database areas with special focus in High Availability and Disaster Recovery Solutions ( RAC, RMAN, Data Guard, … ), Upgrades, Backup & Recovery, Database Hardening, Performance Tuning and others. During these years Joel has worked as a Senior Consultant with a large number of companies and clients in various countries: Venezuela, Panama, Costa Rica, Dominican Rep., Haiti, Nicaragua, Guatemala, Colombia, Honduras, Ecuador, Mexico, India and others. Joel is frequent speaker at many conferences such as OTN LAD TOUR and others. Among other complementary activities Joel teaches regularly High Availability courses in Oracle University of several countries in Latin America and publishes articles for OTN LAD. Joel was the first Latin American to be named “OTN Expert” in year 2003, Oracle ACE since 2004 and Oracle ACE Director since 2012.

Efrain Sanchez

More than 14 years of experience in unix and windows system administration, database migration, high available databases, programming, application architecture and project management. Efrain joined Oracle in 2003, as Technology Manager of Platform Technology Solutions, he is part of the team responsible for driving Database and Oracle Engineered Systems adoption for Oracle Partner Network members, providing the shortest link between Oracle Partners, Key Customers and Oracle R&D.

Noel Portugal

Noel Portugal works with the Oracle Applications User Experience group helping shape the next generation of Enterprise Applications. With over 10 years of experience in Application Development he has architect, developed and deployed a number of internal Oracle applications. Most of Noel's focus is to bring to life proof of concept ideas by prototyping functional examples that eventually become part of Oracle's core products. Noel's innovative spirit has helped Oracle to stay current with the latest trends in the User Experience arena. Noel is also an avid enthusiast and evangelist of the so called Internet of Things where he aims to bring all outside innovation into the Enterprise world. He is also a frequent speaker at Oracle User groups all over the world.
